A couple of pointers about how to use these interactive maps:
- To see the map using the full screen of your viewing device, Click Here. The rest of these instructions apply to either view.
- To enlarge or reduce your view of the map, use the scroll wheel on your mouse.
- See the little square icon with an arrow in the upper left corner of the display? Click on it to see a list of the features on the map.
- There are many layers on the map, starting with Major Roads, Points of Interest and Restaurants. To see a layer, click on the box next to its title. The navigation pane will cover part of the map. You can see the entire map by clicking on the icon that opened the nav pane.
- The second layer is a list of walking routes that we have taken -- mostly on the beaches near us which are pretty much the only beaches on the island. If you click on the route, it will show you the length of the route. All leave from our condo.
- Finally there are multiple layers which are routes Harry took by bicycle visiting various spots on the Island. The length of each route is included in it's name.
- We will try to include all of the significant Points of Interest and Restaurants we have visited.
